CLIENT NEED: Improve executive team cohesion to drive speed and quality of decision-making


A first-time CEO and a new CHRO recognized that executive team meetings reflected a deep lack of trust and neither the expedience nor quality of decision-making required to drive the company’s business model and GTM transformation. Seeking a trusted partner that understood SaaS, Open-Source software and would be credible facilitating a team offsite, the CHRO engaged Gad to work with the Executive Team.

Gad’s approach began with deep assessment around three pillars of team performance: Operational Effectiveness, Relationships, and individual Leader Effectiveness.
