High Performing Teams

A one-day, open-enrollment learning and development program designed to help all team members become more effective at planning and facilitating team offsites.

The learning experience revolves around three main pillars of successful offsites: building trust, prioritizing improvement areas, and making individual and team commitments. We also teach, demonstrate, and practice the more nuanced skills required to facilitate critical discussions.

Following the workshop, team members work with our facilitators over three working sessions to apply principles to their own team’s growth and development.


Transition Coaching

Our bench of coaches represent the highest caliber of leadership development professionals, carefully selected and matched to each leader’s unique temperament and development needs. Transition coaching engagements are six months, and designed for leaders taking on expanded roles and responsibilities or facing new challenges.

We curate and conduct assessment batteries that create self-awareness and clarity of strengths and development areas.
