Assessments

We curate and conduct assessment batteries that create self-awareness and clarity of strengths and development areas. While we offer clients Monadnock’s proprietary team assessment and dozens of third party assessments, we also customize 360s and culture surveys to ensure our client’s values and success profiles are being used for development and succession planning.

Our coaches and assessment experts are certified and use over a dozen assessments, including Leadership Circle, Hogan, SHL and Korn Ferry 360s.

High Performing Teams

A one-day, open-enrollment program from Monadnock designed to help all team members become more effective at planning and facilitating team offsites that develop higher levels of trust, collaboration and alignment.

The day revolves around three main pillars of successful offsites, and the more nuanced skills required to navigate your team through the activities. Following the workshop, team members work with our facilitators over three working sessions to apply principles to their own team’s growth and development.


Transition Coaching
